Introducing the Majestic Quantum II 2.6 octave marching bells

The Majestic Quantum II MJBQ626A features an extended 2.6-octave range from F5 to D8, with 34 finely tuned aluminium bars. The aluminium bars produce a warm, resonant sound with balanced projection and a smooth response, with clear tone reproduction and balanced sustain.

The bars are individually mounted using a double-pin system with curved nodal points. This mounting arrangement allows the bars to resonate efficiently, helping to produce enhanced tonal clarity, resonance and sustain across the instrument's full range.

Designed specifically for marching bands and school bands, the MJBQ626A features a deeper marching frame with a resonance-enhancing design that amplifies the sound of the aluminium bars. It is supplied with a height-adjustable carrier and bag set for easier transport and protection.

Height-adjustable carrier and bag set

The MJBQ626A is supplied with a height-adjustable carrier and bag set, making the bells easier to transport while providing protection for both the instrument and carrier. The carrier can be adjusted to suit different players, making the instrument practical for rehearsals, parades and concerts.

About Majestic

Majestic is a brand of thoughtfully designed instruments for the professional, the educator, and today’s percussion student utilizing carefully constructed ideas born from both traditional percussion instrument heritage and a culture of innovation. The family firm was founded in 1921, supplying organs, pianos and wind instruments with the production of percussion following shortly after.

In 1960 the Majestic brand name was introduced, starting with drum kits which were prevalent among rock bands in the Netherlands. Orchestral and marching percussion soon became the corner stone of the brand, with timpani, marching drum and tuned percussion becoming areas of speciality for Majestic.

To this day product development, engineering, and production are overseen by family members and every model must adhere to stringent standards of craftsmanship and performance.
